Return Window
Returns or exchanges must be completed within 30 days of receiving your order. Orders not returned within this period are not eligible for return.Return Conditions
- Items returned without an RA# will not be accepted.
- A 2% restocking fee applies to all returned orders.
- Items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, returned in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
- Software, DVDs, and CDs must be unopened in their original packaging.
- Sale, demo, and clearance items are sold as-is and are not eligible for return.
Grip Returns
- Grips with ripped or torn finger holes will not be accepted.
- Grips with chalk or other substances on them will not be accepted.
- Grips used with water, brushes, or having thread or dowel issues will not be accepted.
Shipping and Handling
- Customers are responsible for shipping charges and insurance. C.O.D. shipments will be refused.
- We recommend using a shipper that provides tracking, such as UPS or Priority Mail, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
- If you do not have the return shipping label, please contact us for an RA# and further instructions.
Exchanges
Customer looking to exchange their order for another style/size should contact Customer Service for an Exchange Authorization Number (EXA#) that will also need to be included with your return.Return Credit
- No money is returned if doing an exchange.
- Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your refund to appear on your credit card statement.
- If your initial payment was through ACH, refunds will be issued as store credit.

Basic Shipping
Orders for small packages (under 165 lbs) are typically shipped from our Wisconsin location. Some items are drop-shipped directly from partner manufacturers, which may require additional production and shipping time. For questions about lead times, please contact us.
Order Processing vs. Shipping Times
Processing Time: Online orders may take up to one business day to process. For urgent same-day processing, contact us directly. In-stock items ship within 48 hours.
Shipping Time: Orders placed on Fridays usually ship the following Monday. Shipping times vary by carrier. PE Athletics selects the best shipping method for small packages.USPS & UPS
- Delivery Restrictions: UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses; these orders will ship via USPS.
- Weather Delays: Shipment delays due to adverse weather are beyond the control of USPS and UPS, and expected arrival dates may not be honored.
Alaska and Hawaii
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii use USPS Priority or Express, typically arriving within 5 business days. A confirmation email with a tracking number will be provided once the item ships.
Motor Freight Shipping
- Large Items: Items that exceed the size and weight limits for small package carriers will ship via Motor Freight. Contact us after placing your order for accurate cost assessments.
- Freight Charges: Charges are subject to change and will be reviewed before shipping.
- Carrier Coordination: PE Athletics will provide trucking company contact information and tracking details. Customers must coordinate delivery with the trucking company.
- Delivery Responsibilities: Customers must help unload deliveries. Inspect freight for damage upon delivery and document any damage on the Bill of Lading. PE Athletics is not responsible for freight damage; claims must be filed directly with the freight company.
Additional Fees
- Lift Gate: If your location lacks a dock, you will need to pay extra for a lift gate or be prepared to unload the truck manually.
- Inside Delivery: Additional charges apply if items need to be taken off the truck and brought inside.
- Residential Delivery: Notify PE Athletics if the delivery is to a residential area.
- Storage Fees: Contact the freight company promptly to schedule delivery and avoid storage fees.
